By creating an account or using ClearGov Language (the "Services"), operated by GPT.US.ORG ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
We provide automated plain language compliance audits of publicly available web content. You submit URLs; we crawl, score, and report. Results are advisory only — they are not legal determinations of compliance, do not constitute legal advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Don't share credentials or let others access your account.
You agree not to: submit URLs to private, authenticated, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine or prompts; use automated scripts to submit bulk audits without prior written authorization; or resell, redistribute, or white-label reports without an Enterprise agreement.
Paid plans are billed monthly or per-audit as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with seven (7) days' notice.
We own the platform, methodology, scoring prompts, and report templates. You own your account data. Audit reports are licensed to you for internal use. We do not remediate. Public redistribution of reports requires our written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated scores or recommendations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
