3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

- With AI/LLM service providers: when you submit a URL for audit, the publicly available text content is sent to Google Gemini
- For legal compliance: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law
- With your consent: we may share your information when you have given us explicit consent
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information, including:
- Essential cookies: necessary for the Services to function (session cookies, security tokens)
- Analytics cookies: to understand how users interact with the Services
- Preference cookies: to remember choices you have made
We do not use advertising cookies or participate in ad networks or retargeting programs.
5. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
Yes. The ClearGov Language platform uses artificial intelligence, specifically large language models (LLMs), as a core component of its scoring engine.
When you submit a URL for plain language compliance auditing, the extracted text is sent to a third-party LLM API (currently Google Gemini) for analysis. We use paid API tiers where Google's terms explicitly state that your input is not used to train their models.
