Purpose Statement
This policy states how GPT.US.ORG will work to ensure that all services and products it provides are accessible. The minimum standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) must be met before products are released to users and clients.
At GPT.US.ORG, we are guided by the following values:
- To build an inclusive culture where accessibility is a default, not an afterthought
- To value each individual's needs and prioritize those needs in product design and delivery
- To understand and accommodate the diverse requirements of our clients and their constituents
- To hold our own products to the same compliance standards we help our clients achieve
Scope of Policy
This Accessibility Policy applies to all products and services operated by GPT.US.ORG that run in a web browser or mobile application, as well as all external communications to clients and the public. Specifically, this policy covers:
- The ClearGov Language web application (audit platform, dashboard, reports, and client-facing interfaces)
- All generated audit reports, compliance scorecards, and exportable documents (PDF, CSV, XLSX)
- External communications including sales materials, marketing content, and email correspondence
- The GPT.US.ORG public website and all associated subdomains
Accessibility Standards
GPT.US.ORG products and services are designed to comply with the following legislation and standards:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the internationally recognized accessibility standard for web content
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all areas of public life
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — requires federal agencies and contractors to make electronic and information technology accessible
- Plain Writing Act of 2010 — requires federal agencies to write clear government communication
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) — where applicable to international clients
Our Testing Approach
We conduct accessibility testing on our products using five key methods:
- HTML validation — automated validation of markup structure and semantics
- Automated accessibility scanning — using industry-standard tools to identify common WCAG violations
- Manual auditing — systematic review against WCAG 2.2 criteria by trained evaluators
- Assistive technology testing — verification with screen readers and voice recognition software
- Mobile testing — ensuring products function correctly and accessibly on mobile devices

Our Commitment
GPT.US.ORG holds itself to the same accessibility and plain language standards it helps its clients achieve. A company that sells compliance tools must exemplify compliance in its own products. We view this not as a marketing position but as a fundamental obligation to the people our clients serve.
We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time achievement but an ongoing practice. We commit to continuous testing, improvement, and transparency in our accessibility efforts.
