Why this exists
Clear government communication should be measurable.

The Plain Writing Act established a simple promise: people should be able to understand the information their government gives them. But for many public teams, turning that promise into day-to-day practice still requires expensive consulting, scattered checklists, and more time than staff can spare.
I built GovProTech US Org Solutions to make that work practical. A city manager, communications lead, or web team should be able to see where residents are getting stuck, trace every finding to the exact page and passage, and leave with a prioritized plan—not another abstract score.
The platform combines established plain language guidance with evidence-linked analysis. AI helps find patterns quickly, while people remain in control of every decision. We only analyze publicly visible content, and every recommendation is designed to be reviewed, defended, and acted on by your team.
This is about more than compliance. Clearer websites reduce avoidable calls, make services easier to access, and help public institutions earn trust one interaction at a time.
